We believe the way to a region’s heart is through its gastronomy; and while Burgundy is our second home (and first love), we've never assumed that excellent food and wine stops here. Au contraire. Combining our artistic sense of travel with our passion for incredible dining experiences, we seek out journeys around the globe that unearth the pleasures of a region, one slow sip at a time. Whether scaling vineyards on volcanic mountainsides, understanding the ancient, natural wine process in Georgia’s Kakheti region or getting knee-deep in the shores of Eastern Tasmania to shuck oysters, we let our curiosity for good food, good wine and good company lead us.
